Did this "follow John" training. You're running with another person and you each do two legs (or how many you want) and you run behind the other person and keep an eye on what they're doing.
Did this one with Remi. I did 1, 2, 5, 6, 9, 10, 13, 14, 17, 18, 21, 22. Should maybe have waited by going down to the track to 13 a bit. Else I really got the flow just cruising around in control!
